I'm Jarin. I'm a health nut and fitness enthusiast who loves eating well and working out.

Four years ago I discovered the joys of active living and now strength training, swimming, running and cycling keep me motivated and in shape. I've completed one full marathon, two half-marathons and have just started training for triathlons.

As much as I love working out, I get bored very easily. My goal is to encourage others to get healthy and keep it interesting by trying new activities and regularly setting new goals.
