Four years ago I discovered the joys of active living and now strength training, swimming, running and cycling keep me motivated and in shape. I've completed one full marathon, two half-marathons and have just started training for triathlons.As much as I love staying active, I find I get bored very quickly. My goal is to encourage others to get healthy and keep it interesting by trying new activities and regularly setting new, exciting goals.
